Common questions
How do I add the widget?
Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap the add button, search for IconStacks, choose a size and tap Add Widget. Then touch and hold the widget, tap Edit Widget and choose your stack.
My widget says "Choose a stack" or "Stack not available".
The widget isn't linked to a stack yet, or its stack was deleted or archived. Touch and hold the widget, tap Edit Widget and pick a stack.
How do I switch between stacks by swiping?
Add one widget per stack, drag them on top of each other on your Home Screen to make a widget stack, then swipe up or down.
What does Premium include?
Mixed stacks, unlimited stacks, iCloud sync, no ads and advanced customization. It is a one-time purchase and works with Family Sharing.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open IconStacks, go to the Premium screen and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
