IconStacks is built to keep your data on your iPhone. This page explains what the app does and doesn't collect.

What stays on your device

Your stacks, the apps, websites and shortcuts in them, and your appearance settings are stored on your iPhone. If you add contacts to a stack, IconStacks reads them only with your permission and they stay on your phone. We do not run servers that receive this data and there are no accounts.

iCloud sync (Premium)

If you turn on iCloud sync, your stacks are stored in your own iCloud account through Apple, so they match on your devices. We cannot see them.

Purchases

Premium is bought through the App Store. Apple processes the payment; we receive no payment details.

Ads

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve ads and measure them. If you allow tracking when iOS asks, ads can be more relevant to you; if you decline, you still get ads, just not personalized. Premium removes ads. See Google's advertising policies for details.

App icons from the App Store

When you search for an app to add, IconStacks queries Apple's iTunes Search service to find the app and its official icon. For websites, icons may be fetched from the site you add.

Your choices

You can revoke contacts access or tracking permission any time in iOS Settings, and delete your stacks in the app.

Children

IconStacks is not directed to children under 13.
